COVID-19 causing severe shortage of blood in India

Ever since the COVID-19 pandemic entered India, we all have been facing so many problems. Many people have lost their jobs. Many people are finding it hard to manage their daily expenses. And so many people have lost their life. You all know how tough things are getting.

But there’s one problem you may not have thought about. That problem is – shortage of blood. Even at best of times, India faces a severe shortage of safe blood. But now, when blood camps are not being held and even voluntary donors are not visiting blood banks, the situation is becoming dire.
